Diabetes Mellitus, I successfully use my kitchen as herbal medicine centre

Diabetes Mellitus, I successfully use my kitchen as herbal medicine centre - My 60 year old mother is suffering from diabetes type-2. .About a year ago we noted that she is losing weight without any reason and approached our doctor. The doctor found that her blood glucose level is as high as 495 mg/dl. Knowing this we all were disappointed but my father did not loss his confidence. Later we studied deep in this matter and now my mother is taking 1 tablet twice a day and her blood glucose level is normal. In addition to the tablet we administer as follows-

1. Fenugreek seed powder 1 tea spoon empty stomach in the morning.

2. Jamun seeds and bitter gourd seeds equal proportion powder 1 tea spoon after each meal.

3. 500 grams fresh jamun Per day in the season.

4. 3 average size guava per day in the season.

5. 500 grams fresh carrots per day in the season

6. 1 apple of average size per day.
Sapodilla(Chiku), Mango and grapes are extremely harmful for diabetics.

Very low glucose level is more dangerous than high glucose level. So always keep about 50 grams sugar with you always.

The above suits us very well but may not suit others, therefore try at your own risk or consult your doctor. I will in no condition be responsible at all.
